Actually, it's Q&S, Questions and Suggestions. I don't think that I would be able to provide exact answers to your career related queries rather my response will just be in the form of a suggestion.
At times you might find my suggestions a bit discouraging but then I would be more than happy if you can dare to dream, realize it and prove some people wrong in the process ( including me ).
I would be listing each question and my suggestion as a blog-post and you can write you comments if you want to discuss it.
